Italy officially approves: Burka and niqab ban in schools, 30% foreign student cap
The Meloni government passed the new 'School Decree,' which significantly tightens policy in the education system: Muslim female students will be prohibited from wearing full face coverings, and a ceiling will be set for non-Italian students or non-Italian speakers in grades 1, 7, and 10.
