The Battle of Tel Saki was one of the most significant battles of the Yom Kippur War. Recently, Iser Oren z"l (72), a tank commander who was severely wounded in the head in that battle, passed away prematurely. The story of his injury and remarkable recovery, as well as the life he built in the shadow of dealing with combat trauma: "He represented in his person the values for which we fought few against many."
