Three years after the fire: Migdalei Hashitim developer sues Elektra Construction for billion sheqels
In January 2023, a fire broke out in the Migdalei Hashitim tower of 'Migdalei Hashitim Daniel' company owned by the Kochzynoff family, when the project was already nearing the occupancy phase. The incident led to numerous delays in the project. Now Elektra is suing Migdalei Hashitim for approximately 270 million sheqels - and it is countersuing the construction company.
