Israeli Consulate to Display Faces of Oct. 7 Massacre Victims in Times Square
The Israeli Consulate in New York and the Foreign Ministry launched a new awareness campaign ahead of Oct. 7, under which the faces of massacre victims will be displayed in the heart of Times Square. Consul General Ophir Akunis said less than a week remains until the memorial events, and that 'we are here to remind the whole world and especially those trying deliberately to forget this massacre by the invaders from Gaza to Israel on Simchat Torah.' Akunis added: 'We do not forget, and we do not forgive.'
