Globes reported today, citing The Information, that Israeli data security company Cyera is in talks to raise capital at a $20 billion valuation. The amount to be raised has not been disclosed.
The talks come months after a funding round at a $12 billion valuation. According to Globes, the company raised $600 million in June and subsequently expanded that round by another $400 million. The new valuation is being discussed; it does not represent an investment already transferred.
Cyera was founded by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan and protects enterprise data. The report reviewed did not disclose the new round's size or final terms or confirm completion. It therefore does not constitute an announcement of a signed deal or completed financing.
