IDF and Shin Bet: Two Hamas weapons depots destroyed in Gaza
The IDF and Shin Bet reportedly announced that two Hamas weapons depots were destroyed last night in al-Bureij and Gaza City. They say the depots held dozens of weapons, including rockets, explosives, RPG launchers, rifles and grenades. This concerns weapons infrastructure, separately from strikes that killed four operatives earlier this week. Illustrative archive photograph: IDF Spokesperson.

According to an IDF and Shin Bet statement reported by Channel 14, two Hamas weapons depots were destroyed last night in al-Bureij and Gaza City. The military says they contained rockets, explosives and other weapons.
Today's report says the strikes hit depots belonging to Hamas' military wing in two separate areas of Gaza. The statement says they held dozens of weapons, including RPG launchers, rifles and grenades. The accounts of their contents and destruction are attributed to the IDF and Shin Bet.
The security agencies said they would continue acting against attempts to rebuild military capabilities and stockpile weapons intended to harm troops. The strikes on weapons infrastructure last night are separate from the announcement about four Hamas operatives killed earlier this week. The accompanying photograph shows Israeli troops in Gaza from the archive, not the two targeted depots.
