According to N12, sections of Ayalon will close in both directions tonight for electrical works. On Friday and Saturday night, rail services in the Tel Aviv and Herzliya area will be split, with free shuttle buses provided.

Road closures will begin at 23:30: northbound from Glilot East to Shiv'at HaKokhavim, and southbound from HaMa'apilim to Glilot East. The report says traffic will be diverted to Routes 2, 4 and 5. The works involve replacing power cables, alongside rail safety works near Tel Baruch.

The first round of road closures is expected to end Friday at 16:00. Another will begin Saturday, November 7, at 23:00 and continue until Sunday at 05:00. The road will not be closed continuously throughout Shabbat.

Under the Israel Railways changes described in the report, the Modi'in Center-Nahariya, Be'er Sheva Center-Nahariya and Ashkelon-Binyamina services will be split: southern sections will end at Savidor Center and northern sections will start in Herzliya. The Modi'in service change also covers overnight trains from Thursday to Friday. Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon-Herzliya and Beit Shemesh-Netanya services will start and end at Savidor Center.

Free shuttle buses will operate during the works. Normal rail service is expected to resume Sunday at 04:00, before the planned reopening of the road. Travelers should check their specific route using current Israel Railways information before departure.
