According to Arutz Sheva, the department investigating police officers has opened an examination of complaints from twenty-four people injured at last Thursday's Haredi protest at Geha Junction and has begun taking statements in Tel Aviv.

The demonstration opposed the arrests of yeshiva students and developed into clashes with police. According to the report, officers used stun grenades, batons and a water cannon after an officer declared the gathering unlawful. Protesters allege improper use of force.

The complainants are receiving legal assistance from the Fund against the Conscription Decree. Examining complaints and taking statements do not establish that officers committed an offense. Allegations about dispersing the protest remain unresolved, and the source reviewed contains no final investigative findings.
