Indictment: Police officer wrote false reports to justify violence against citizens
According to the indictment filed by the State Attorney's Office, the police officer caused one of the citizens he attacked to fracture around the eye socket, and then wrote in the report that the citizen "hit a wall". According to the indictment, he threatened another citizen he attacked: "I will rape you, my cousins from the Hyb family"
