By contrast, senior officials in three Baltic states were more cautious in their assessments. According to reports, they pointed to the burden placed on Moscow's resources by the war in Ukraine, and warned that the resonance of a possible attack could serve the interests of the Kremlin.
The warnings come after Polish PM Donald Tusk said last week that intelligence assessments indicate Russia may launch a drone or missile attack against NATO territory in the coming months. French President Emmanuel Macron said Tusk's warnings are 'well-founded and well-documented.'
