According to Globes, Thailand bought IWI's Arbel system and integrated it into weapons already in service. The report did not disclose the contract's value or the number of systems.
Arbel is a computerized fire-control system intended to improve accuracy against targets including drones. Globes reported that Thailand's Defense Ministry chose integration into its existing weapons rather than buying new weapons equipped with the system.
The report relies on sources who spoke to Globes. It describes procurement and integration in Thailand, alongside talks on further orders there and elsewhere in the region. Those additional talks are not completed deals, and no value was disclosed for them.
