Ben Gurion Airport Will Close Today at 13:55 for Yom Kippur; Flights Will Resume After the Holiday

Ben Gurion, Ramon and Haifa airports and land border crossings are closing today (Sunday) for Yom Kippur, with operations resuming gradually starting after the holiday through Tuesday morning.
According to the report, the last international departures and arrivals at Terminal 3 of Ben Gurion are scheduled for today (Sunday, September 20) at 13:55. The first international arrival after the holiday is expected at the end of Yom Kippur, Monday, September 21, at 22:30, and the first departure at 23:30.
At Terminal 1, the last domestic flight will depart at 13:00 and the last arrival will take place at 13:10. Activity at the terminal will resume Tuesday, September 22, at 02:00 a.m.
At Ramon Airport in Eilat, the last arrival will take place today at 11:30, and at Haifa Airport at 14:00. At both airports, flights will resume Tuesday at 06:00.
At land border crossings: the Allenby Bridge will close today at 11:00, the Rabin crossing at 12:00, and the Jordan River crossing will accept passengers until 10:30 and close permanently at 12:00. These three crossings will reopen Tuesday, September 22, while the Eilat-Sinai crossing will close today at 13:00 and reopen tomorrow (Monday) at 22:00, after the holiday. The airport authority recommends passengers confirm exact times in advance, as opening times vary between facilities.
