According to the forecast, after a hot beginning to the week, today (Wednesday) will be partly cloudy and cooler than usual for the season, and local rain is expected to fall especially in the northern part of the country. On Thursday a similar trend will be seen, and the local rain, which will be mostly light, may spread also to the coastal plain area.

At the end of the week a rainy and more active system will open in the north, alongside a warming trend in the center and south. On Friday the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy, and in the northern part of the country local rain is expected that will be accompanied by isolated thunderstorms, and in central Israel and the south a slight rise in temperatures will occur. In the southern Negev there may be dripping to light local rain.

On Saturday the trend will continue, the skies will remain partly cloudy and the local rain will continue to fall especially in the north. In parallel, a slight additional increase in temperatures is expected across the country.
