According to American and regional sources, Iran succeeded in hitting combat aircraft and additional aircraft at Muhafaq Salti base, using cluster warheads. The report joins warnings about a strategic shortage in interceptor stockpile, but the Pentagon denies claims that ammunition is running out, and Centcom commander said he is not concerned.
