Boy stabbed to death in pool attack
According to an indictment, Liel Ifrgan ran out of his residential unit armed with a knife, entered a yard and approached a pool where he stabbed 7-year-old Hallel in the chest and his cousin in the neck with intent to kill them. He then fled back to his unit and wiped the knife of blood.
