Made a Deal by Phone? New Law Will Force Business to Give You the Recording
New law approved by Knesset requires certain transactions of 750 shekels or more to have businesses record calls with consumers and preserve them. Request the recording? The business must provide it within 10 business days at no cost. Failure to do so puts the business at significant disadvantage in case of lawsuit.
