Are negotiations with the U.S. continuing? Iran proposes opening Strait of Hormuz within a week - on one condition
The Iranian foreign minister landed in New York today for the UN General Assembly, and simultaneously Tehran transmitted a formal proposal to Washington through mediators. According to the proposal, there is willingness to open the strait within a week on condition that the U.S. lifts the embargo - the Iranian delegation that arrived in New York is authorized to conduct negotiations.
