A month after shocking murder: Serious indictment filed against Liel Ifergan
The State Prosecutor's Office filed a serious indictment against a 26-year-old Beit Shemesh resident at the Jerusalem District Court for murder under aggravating circumstances and attempted murder. According to the indictment, Ifergan attacked with a knife Hallel and his cousin while they were playing in an inflatable pool in the yard, then fled to his home and washed blood from the blade. The prosecution is demanding detention until the end of proceedings: 'It is difficult to grasp the gap between playing...'
