IDF: Soldier on leave arrested after shooting at village of al-Moʻayyer north of Ramallah
According to the army, soldiers arrived at the scene several times following clashes between village residents and settlers. It was also reported that the detainee fired after stones were thrown at him, at a time when military forces were no longer present at the location.
